Service Agreement
1. SERVICES
1.1 Participation in The One-on-One Business Mentoring Program
By entering into this Service Agreement, you ("Client") agree to participate in The One-on-One Business Mentoring Program ("Program") provided by Nim Stant ("Coach") and her team. The Program encompasses the following components:
(a) Private Coaching Calls
Client will receive weekly private and confidential one-on-one coaching sessions with Coach and her team. These sessions are designed to assist Client in initiating and maintaining an effective sales attraction system, facilitating swift action, and sustaining consistent progress. Coaching calls will be conducted via computer or phone using Zoom online conferencing.
(b) Support
Client will receive virtual assistance support aimed at setting up essential systems for their business, including website design, funnels, and the creation of digital marketing materials.
(c) Personal Growth and Development
Coach will equip Client with the necessary tools to master their emotions, enhance their inner game, release past limitations, expand and diversify their skill set, and foster self-accountability.
2. Professional Fees
In consideration of the services provided under this Agreement, Client agrees to pay a total fee of $1,000 USD every 30 days. This payment schedule will remain in effect for a duration of 12 months.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Payment Schedule
Client shall remit the agreed-upon fee of $1,000 USD every 30 days, commencing from the date of this Agreement, and continuing for a total of 12 months. Upon making the initial payment, Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
3.2 Payment Method
Client agrees to make payments via the payment method specified by Coach. Payment details, including bank account information or preferred payment platform, will be communicated to Client separately.
3.3 Late Payments
In the event that Client fails to make a scheduled payment within 7 days of the due date, Coach reserves the right to suspend services until the outstanding payment is received.
3.4 Non-Refundable Service Fees
Client acknowledges that all service fees are non-refundable. Once payment is made, it represents Client's agreement with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the non-refundable nature of service fees.
4. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition of this Agreement and fails to remedy such breach within 14 days of receiving written notice specifying the breach.
